Camping Montard is a charming and welcoming campsite on the edge of the beautiful Montard forest. Just a stone's throw away you will find a swimming lake with sandy beach and large lawn – the perfect spot to relax, swim and enjoy the fresh air.
We offer 42 spacious pitches for your caravan, motorhome, folding camper or tent. Or do you prefer the comfort of our beautiful safari tents (newly placed at the end of 2024), mobile homes and nature lodges? Our campsite offers a quiet and welcoming atmosphere for an unforgettable stay.
Discover Camping Montard
Our campsite is located in the green Corrèze, on the border with Haute-Vienne, where you escape the crowds and enjoy unspoilt nature, peace and quiet, many lakes and the varied green landscape.
This little-known corner of France offers countless tourist attractions such as castles and ruins. Beautiful medieval towns and villages with festivals, markets and other entertainment. But there are also plenty of sporting activities: zip lining, karting and kayaking as well as hiking and cycling/mountain biking.

Located between the towns of Limoges and Brive, just 5 minutes from motorway A20 (exit 43).

Part of the beautiful Plan d'Eau leisure area with swimming lake, sandy beach and large lawn with play equipment.
100 hectares of forest
The campsite is located next to a large forest with plenty of space for walking, cycling and other outdoor activities.
Dog-friendly campsite
Dogs are welcome provided they are vaccinated, microchipped and kept on a lead on the campsite. You are immediately in the forest where the dog can be walked and run free.

At Camping Montard we offer simple and convenient facilities to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. From food and drink on the terrace to eco-friendly facilities and a beautiful recreational lake, everything is designed so you can fully enjoy nature and your holiday.

As we are surrounded by nature, environmental protection is very important to us. We encourage guests to help keep the campsite clean and sustainable.

- Open fires / charcoal barbecues are not permitted.

Luxury 4-person safari tent
Our stay was short but sweet, in a luxury 4-person safari tent. We found it truly luxurious, complete with a shower and toilet. (Well worth 5 stars.) Spotlessly clean and well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed it. And Floortje and René (the campsite owners) are warm and passionate people. We wish you a wonderful summer with lots of campers.
A really lovely campsite!
Clean and well-equipped toilet facilities (with toilet seats and toilet paper). Shaded pitches. A lovely swimming lake right next to it. Very friendly owners. Pizza is served for dinner.
We’ll add this to our favourites
We were passing through from Spain and stayed here for two nights in a nature cottage with four people. With the heat, we didn’t feel like pitching a tent and the cottage was already set up. Friendly Dutch owners, delicious pizzas. At the bottom of the campsite there’s a swimming lake with a beach and water play equipment. Although we were staying in a cottage, the pitches for your own camping equipment looked great too. We’re adding this to our favourites.
We’ll definitely be back here
What a lovely campsite. We’d booked three nights but ended up staying two more. Beautiful location. A lovely, peaceful atmosphere. The welcome from René and Floortje was absolutely brilliant. The toilet facilities were very clean, and it was great not having to use tokens for the showers. The Wi-Fi was absolutely brilliant. We’d highly recommend this campsite. We’ll definitely be back.
