1. Admission conditions.

– To enter and set up on the campsite, permission must be obtained from the person in charge at reception (or the manager).
– Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of and compliance with the rules of this regulation.
– Any violation may result in removal from the campsite.
– In case of a violation, the manager may call on the police.
– The campsite is reserved for transient visitors and cannot therefore be a permanent residence.

2. Formalities.

Anyone wishing to stay at least one night on the campsite must first report to the receptionist with an identity document and complete the necessary formalities.

3. Installation.

The tent, caravan or motorhome and its accessories must be set up on the designated pitch and in accordance with the manager’s instructions.

4. Reception.

At reception you can obtain information about campsite services, shopping, sporting facilities (walking and cycling routes), tourist information about the area and various useful addresses.

5. Payment.

– Payment is made at reception on arrival at the campsite.
– Rates are displayed on the website.
– Rates are charged per the number of nights spent on the campsite.
– Campers are requested to inform reception the day before departure.

6. Rest and quiet.

– Users of the campsite are strongly urged to avoid all noise and discussions that may disturb their neighbours.
– Dogs and other animals must not roam free, must not be walked on the campsite, and must not be locked up in the absence of their owners, who are legally liable.
– Complete silence will be observed between 23:00 and 07:00.

7. Visitors.

– Visitors must report to reception on arrival.
– If visitors wish to stay overnight, an overnight rate will be charged.
– Visitors must also comply with the provisions of this regulation.
– Visitors’ vehicle(s) must be parked in the car park outside the campsite.

8. Parking and driving on the site.

– Within the boundaries of the campsite, walking pace applies.
– Motorised traffic is not permitted between 22:00 and 07:00.
– Only vehicles of campers staying on the campsite are permitted. It is not permitted to park on other pitches.

9. Appearance of pitches.

– Everyone is expected to refrain from actions that may affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite.
– It is forbidden to throw dirty water on the ground or into the gutters.
– Campers are required to dispose of used water in the designated facilities.
– Household waste must be placed in the bins. Glass in the designated bins.
– Sanitary facilities must be left clean by users.
– Washing is strictly forbidden outside the designated basins.
– Plants and borders must not be damaged. It is forbidden to hammer nails into trees, saw off branches or plant anything.
– It is not permitted to exceed the boundaries of the pitch assigned to you.
– All damage to plants, fences and facilities will be charged to the person who caused them.
– The pitch must be left as it was found on arrival.

10. Safety.

A. Fire

MAKING AN OPEN FIRE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

– BBQ is not permitted.

– Cooking appliances must be in perfect condition and must not be used under a tent or close to a vehicle.
– Fire extinguishers are available to everyone. In the event of fire, notify management immediately.
– The first aid box is located at reception.

B. Theft
– Management is only liable for items handed in at reception.

   A safe is also available at reception. On request and by arrangement you may use this.

– The camper is personally responsible for their belongings.
– Any suspicious persons must be reported to the manager immediately.

11. Games.

– No wild or disruptive games may be organised near pitches, facilities or recreational areas.
– Use of the play equipment on the campsite is entirely at your own risk (parents are responsible).

12. Storage.

– Equipment may only be left on the campsite with the permission and agreement of management.
– Management is not liable for this equipment in the owner’s absence.
– Rates can be requested at reception.

13. Campsite management.

– Management is responsible for the good order and condition of the campsite. Management has a duty to intervene in the case of serious violations of the regulations and, if necessary, to remove persons.

– Drug use is not permitted.

14. Special conditions.

Arrival at the campsite is from 15:00. Departure is before 12:00. The pitch must therefore be vacated by 12:00 at the latest. For accommodations, departure is before 10:00.
