Camping Montard

Reservation/confirmation:

• The reservation is final after payment of the full amount.
• For short-stay reservations we apply different conditions, which we always discuss by email.
• We book a maximum of 6 persons per pitch.
• We book a maximum of 1 family per pitch.

Deposit:

• For a reservation on the campsite or in one of our Safari tents, Nature lodges or Mobile homes, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.
• The minimum deposit for camping is €30.
• Payment conditions for short stays are always arranged by email.
• You can transfer the deposit to our French bank account; the details can be found on the invoice.
• Please remember to include your name and invoice number with the payment.

Final payment:

• The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
• Card payments are accepted.

Vehicle:

• It is permitted to park one vehicle per pitch/accommodation (where possible).
• You must park the vehicle on your own pitch/near your accommodation or in another designated area.
• Motorised traffic is not permitted between 22:00 and 07:00.
• If you arrive at the campsite after 22:00, you must park the vehicle in the car park at the campsite entrance.

Cancellation/early departure:

• In the event of cancellation, payments will not be refunded.
• We therefore recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
• In the event of early departure from the pitch/accommodation, no refund of the rental amount paid will be made.

Arrival/departure:

• The reserved pitch is available from 15:00 on your reserved day of arrival.
• The reserved accommodation is available from 15:00 on your reserved day of arrival.
• If you do not arrive on your reserved day of arrival and we have not received any message, we have the right to rent the pitch to someone else after 24 hours.
• On the day of departure you must leave the pitch, tidied, by 12:00 at the latest.
• On the day of departure you must leave the accommodation, tidied, by 10:00 at the latest.
